Data Matrix codes

There are many ways to use data matrix in your molded parts and other applications for automotive and non-automotive tracing.

We believe this will be on molds, components, and fixtures very soon.  

Other then using a Keyence or Cognex style handheld scanner, you can retrieve stored information from a cloud location to find REV levels, prints, designs etc.

The picture above my email signature is our signature item that makes changing codes easy while in the mold.  Great for when you are running different resins in the same mold.

Now you can eliminate costly secondary operations by using stickers with QR codes.

You can purchase our Removeable Top inserts with data matrix codes, send us finished ejector pins to have them on molding surface or supply us customs made sub-inserts that go into the mold.

Now there is a way to find the information you need with having the rely on stickers.
